Ralf Hartmann Managing Director und Founder Ralf started his career in 1976 at Motorola Semiconductors where he worked in various positions in marketing and sales. In 1985 he joined Kramer Westfield, an English consulting firm specialising in CAD/CAM, Information Technology, Telecom and Microelectronics. At Kramer Westfield he developed the semiconductor division in Central Europe and France. In 1987 he became a senior shareholding partner and member of the board of directors. In July 1988 he founded Hartmann & Lotz Unternehmensberatung GmbH in Munich to develop and manage international business divisions in France, England and USA. In 1998 he reorganised the international structure of the company to integrate all PR activities into GlobalCom PR-Network. Ralf manages the GlobalCom PR-Network GmbH in Munich covering Central Europe (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). GlobalCom in Germany is also an active part of the international GlobalCom PR-Network organisation with offices and partners in Europe, USA and Asia.
